Strawberry Monkey Bread




A delicious take on Monkey Bread. Not only did we add fresh strawberries, we are using store bought cinnamon roll instead of biscuit dough. We used a heart bundt pan, link here. But you can use a regular bundt pan.


Ingredients

2 rolls of Immaculate Baking Cinnamon Rolls

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/4 cup of brown sugar

16oz strawberries, sliced and a few whole for garnishing


Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl add your sugar

Cut your cinnamon rolls into small pieces and roll into balls

Toss your balls into sugar to fully coat

Place a handful into you buttered Bundt cake pan

Add in some strawberry slices

Add more cinnamon roll pieces And strawberry slices (reserve a few slices for garnish)

Followed by remaining cinnamon roll pieces

In a small bowl add your melted butter and brown sugar

Mix well

Pour over your Bundt cake

Bake in preheated over for 25-30 minutes

Remove and let cool 10 minutes

Carefully flip over onto serving plate

Drizzle with cinnamon roll icing from can in cinnamon rolls

Top with fresh strawberries

Serve and enjoy
