These Ice Cream bars are loaded with flavor and textures. Taking Vanilla Ice Cream and mixing it with chocolate swirls, salted caramel walnut butter, and chocolate covered walnuts pieces and spreading it on top of a brownie then drizzled with a salted caramel sauce and more chocolate walnut pieces. It is DELIGHTFUL!
Ingredients
1 Box Brownie Mix, baked according to directions in a 8x8 pan (Duncan Hines and Betty Crocker are accidentally Vegan just substitute with vegan ingredients)
2 pints of Oatly Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup of Wellnut Farms salted caramel walnut butter
1 cup of chocolate covered walnuts, finely chopped
Natures Charm Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce
Directions
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang to easily remove bars later
Bake Brownies according to directions
Once done let cool
Place your ice cream into a bowl to soften a little
Melt your chocolate chips, let cool slightly
Stir in your melted chocolate and walnut butter to softened ice cream
Careful not to over mix, you want to create swirls
Add in half your chopped walnuts
Mix gently
Spread your ice cream mix on top of your cooked and cooled brownies
Drizzle with Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce
Sprinkle with remaining chopped chocolate covered walnuts
Cover and freeze for several hours to harden
Remove from freezer when ready to eat
Cut into bars
Serve and enjoy
Freeze any remaining bars for later.
