A delicious galette inspired by everyone’s favorite outdoor treat, S’mores!
Ingredients
Vegan friendly pie dough, we used wholly wholesome
1/3 cup vegan butter, melted
1/2-3/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips, we used enjoy life
1/2 cup of cookie crumbs, we used lotus biscoff cookies
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Vegan marshmallows, we used dandies
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
In a small bowl mix your cinnamon and sugar until combined
Place your dough onto prepared baking sheet
Brush with butter, reserve some for putter crust
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix
Add your chocolate chips
Sprinkle with cookie crumbs, reserve some for garnish
Fold and pleat edges to form your galette crust
Brush edges with remaining butter
Place in oven for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden and chocolate is melting
Remove
Top with a handful of marshmallows
Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until browned
Remove and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs
Serve and enjoy!
