
Ingredients
Roughly 15 Oreo cookies, crumbled
8oz vegan cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick (1/2 cup vegan butter) room temperature
3/4 cup of sugar
Directions
In a stand mixer add your soft cream cheese and butter
Mix until creamy
Add in your sugar and vanilla and mix
Slowly add in your flour and mix
Add in your cookies and mix a few times
Refrigerate dough for at least one hour
Preheat oven to 350
Remove dough from refrigerator
Scoop out your dough using ice cream scoop or tablespoon
Drop onto prepared baking sheet
Bake cookies in preheated oven for roughly 10 minutes
Remove and let cool for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy
