The most delicious vegan white bean chili thats super easy to make. With the addition of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce, it comes together with just a handful of fresh ingredients. It's pretty much a dump and cook chili. Each bite will leave you craving more.

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small sweet onion, diced
2 tbps crushed garlic
1 jalapeno, diced
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup of cilantro chopped
1 cup of roasted corn
16oz of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce
15oz can of cannellini beans, rinsed
15oz can of white or pinto beans, rinsed
15oz can of butter/lima beans, rinsed
Salt and pepper
Roughly 4 cups of vegetable broth
1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
1/2 cup of vegan shredded white cheese
For serving: jalapeno, cilantro, vegan sour cream and lime
Directions
Heat a large pot to medium
Add in your oil and onions
Saute for 5 minutes
Add in your garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add in your jalapeno, cumin, and paprika
Mix well
Stir in your cilantro and corn
Mix
Add in your 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce and mix
Stir in all 3 types of beans and mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Slowly add in your vegetable broth
Mix well (If you like your chile soupy add in enough broth)
Cook for 10 minutes
Turn down heat
Add in your nutritional yeast and cheese
Stir until melted
Turn off heat
Plate and top each bowl with desired toppings
