This is the perfect, easy, delicious tzatziki sauce to enjoy as a dip or served on salads or bowls.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of vegan, unflavored yogurt
1/3 cup of vegan sour cream
2 cups of shredded cucumber, liquid removed (shred and squeeze out all the liquid)
1/4 cup of freshly chopped dill
Juice from 1-2 lemons
2 garlic cloves, minced
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt
Directions
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, minus the salt
Mix together well
Season with salt
Refrigerate until ready to use
