These delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls take canned cinnamon rolls to the next level! If you’re not a baking fan, like me, this recipe is definitely for you! Serve for breakfast r even dessert!
Ingredients
1 can of vegan friendly cinnamon rolls
2-3 Cups Diced Strawberries
1/3 Cup Non Dairy Vanilla Creamer
6oz vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup of strawberry jam
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Remove cinnamon rolls from can
Carefully unroll onto working surface
Sprinkle top with half of your diced strawberries
Press down so they stay into the dough
Carefully roll back up the cinnamon rolls
Place cinnamon rolls into a prepared baking dish
Sprinkle top with a few strawberries
Pour your creamer evenly on top
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes
Prepare icing:
In a bowl add your cream cheese, jam and powdered sugar
Mix until creamy
Remove cinnamon rolls from oven
Spread icing on top
Sprinkle top with remaining strawberries
Serve and enjoy!
