Easy Blueberry Pull Apart Bread



An absolutely delicious and easy to make Blueberry loaf using canned biscuit dough. Perfect brunch dish or even dessert with a scoop of ice cream on top!

Ingredients

16.3 oz can of biscuits (8 biscuits)

2 cups of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of white sugar

1 tbsps flour

1-2 tbsps lemon juice

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsps vanilla non dairy creamer or milk


Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Add your blueberries to a medium large bowl

Add sugar, flour and lemon juice

Mix well and set aside

Line a small-medium loaf pan with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper

Roll out each biscuit to form a flat round disc

Place one disc onto working surface

Add a handful of blueberry mix

Top with another biscuit disc

Repeat until last biscuit is on top

Carefully lift and place into prepared loaf pan

Spread out the loaf evenly into pan

Sprinkle remaining blueberries on top

Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until cooked through, covering if it starts to brown

Remove and let cool 5 minutes

Remove loaf from pan and place into serving dish

Mix your powdered sugar and milk until icing forms, if too thick add more milk

Drizzle on top of loaf

Serve immediately
