Croissant Garlic Bread



You'll never make garlic bread with normal bread again. The bread has the perfect crunch and just melts in your mouth!


Ingredients

2 tbsp of vegan butter, melted

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Garlic salt

1/4 cup Freshly chopped parsley

3 vegan friendly croissants, we used the vegan croissants from Whole Foods





Directions

Preheat oven to 400

I’m a small bowl add your vegan butter, olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning and a pinch of two of garlic salt

Whisk together until mixed well

Cut your croissants in half

Brush cut side of croissant with butter mix, you’ll want to keep a little butter mix to brush on after baking

Place cut side up on baking sheets

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 6-8 minutes

Remove from oven

Brush with any leftover butter mix

Sprinkle with fresh parsley

Serve and enjoy
