Baked cheese crusted pickles! Such a delicious and easy to make snack.
Ingredients
Roughly 7oz vegan mozzarella shreds
Roughly 7oz vegan yellow cheese shreds
Dill pickle slices
Mini muffin pan
Cooking spray
Salt (Optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Spray your muffin pan with cooking spray
Sprinkle the bottom of each muffin pan with a little of your white cheese shreds
Add a pickle slice to each muffin
Top each pickle with a sprinkle of your yellow cheese shreds
Season with salt
Bake in preheat oven for roughly 15-20 minutes until crispy
Cheese will bubble and then crisp up
Remove and let cool
Remove from pan
Serve with dipping sauce of choice, we used ranch
