Such an easy but delicious dessert that comes together with only a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
8oz of soft vegan cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 8oz package of Crescent Rolls
2 tbsps melted vegan butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Line a 8x8 baking pan with wax paper
Brush with cooking oil
Roll out your crescent rolls, keeping them in tact
Cut in half so you have two squares
Press one square into your lined 8x8 pan
In a medium bowl add your cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar and vanilla
Blend until creamy
Spread on top of pastry square
Place your other crescent square on top of cream cheese
Brush melted butter on top
In a small bowl mix remaining sugar and cinnamon
Mix well
Sprinkle on top of melted butter
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden
Remove and let sit 10 minutes
When cool to touch remove from pan
Cut into squares
Serve and enjoy
