Cinnamon Roll French Toast



Using canned cinnamon rolls to make the most delicious cinnamon roll French toast! So good it could be served as dessert!


Ingredients

2 17.5oz cans of vegan friendly cinnamon rolls

1 cup of Just liquid vegan egg

1/2 cup non dairy milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp of cinnamon

2-4 tbsps softened butter



Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Cut each cinnamon roll into into 6-8 pieces

Take your butter and spread evenly over 9x13 baking pan

Place your chopped cinnamon rolls into baking pan

In a large bowl add your vegan egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon

Whisk well 

Pour evenly over cinnamon rolls

Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes until golden and cooked through

Remove from oven and drizzle with icing from cinnamon roll packages

Serve and enjoy!
