Definitely one of the easiest recipes to make. But it will disappear as quick as it was to make.
Ingredients
2-15oz cans or 28oz can of dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 large red onion, diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp of olive oil
3-4 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Few pinches of salt
Directions
In a large container with a lid add your beans, cilantro and onions
Mix well
Add in your olive oil and red wine vinegar
Season with salt
Mix well
Cover with lid
Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, the longer it sits the better it taste
Serve and enjoy!
