The most delicious, cute, plant based and not to mention Gluten Free Breakfast that can be made ahead and eaten on the run! And PERFECT for back those back to school lunchboxes...because who doesn't love breakfast all day long!
So thankful for Little Northern Bakehouse! They make THE MOST INCREDIBLE Gluten Free and Vegan friendly bread. The best I have ever had....hands down!
Ingredients:
6-8 slices Little Northern Bakehouse Cinnamon Raisin Bread
2 Follow Your Heart Vegan Eggs, whisked according to directions
3 tbl of Vanilla flavored Non Dairy Milk
1 tbl of sugar
Pinch of Cinnamon
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Wooden sticks
Powdered Sugar
Syrup
Earth Balance butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275
Cut your Bread into chunks
Melt a little butter in a non stick skillet over medium high heat
Whisk in your sugar, cinnamon and non dairy milk into your whisked vegan eggs
Dip your bread chunks into the liquid and wipe against side of bowl to remove drips
Place into heated pan
Fry on each side for a few minutes until golden brown
Remove and place onto a baking sheet
Place into preheated oven until ready to plate
Repeat with remaining bread
Once all french toast is done prepare your skewers
Place blueberries, strawberries and two chunks onto the skewers and repeat
Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and serve with syrup
