Say hello to the future best thing you've ever eaten. These flavors are on a whole new level. And it's a simple quesadilla that anyone can make.
We are loving the new Vegan friendly Kimchi's from Nasoya. They recently released 4 varieties (Spicy, Mild, Radish and White).
The Kimchi is packed with probiotics, amino acids, and minerals. They are also free of artificial flavors and preservatives. So whether you want to just eat it straight from the jar or put them in a recipe they're absolutely delicious

Ingredients:
Nasoya Mild White Kimchi*
Beyond Meat Chicken
1 chicken less bouillon cube
1/3 cup water
2 tbl of garlic chili sauce
1/4 cup butter
1 tbl of maple syrup
2 tbl sugar
Drizzle of Sesame Oil
2 tbl of Rice Vinegar
Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Flour Tortillas
Violife Smoked Provolone Cheese Slices
Directions:
In a medium frying pan add your chicken-less bouillon and water
Heat over medium high heat
Add in your Beyond Meat Chicken
Heat for roughly 5 minutes
Remove from pan and roughly chop keeping it in broth
Return empty pan to heat
Add in half your butter and melt over medium heat
Add in your chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sugar and sesame oil
Mix well
Drain chicken and add to sauce
Continue to cook stirring often for roughly 20 minutes
Halfway through add remaining butter
Cook until most the liquid is gone and or thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Wipe pan clean and return to medium heat
Add in your tortilla and top with cheese slices
Once starting to melt add in your chicken topped with kimchi and a little fresh cilanto
Fold over and cook until cheese is melted and starting to brown
Remove and repeat
Serve and enjoy!
