Say hello to your new favorite sushi inspired dish that you don't even have to leave the house to get! 100 percent plant based, 100 percent delicious!
(Should make 2 small ramekins)
Ingredients:
1 package of Good Catch Fish Free Tuna
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tbls of rice vinegar
1/3 cup of Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
½-1 tbl of sriracha, depends on how spicy you like it
2 persian cucumbers chopped
1 Large Ripe Avocado chopped
Cooked Sushi Rice, roughly 1 cup
Sesame seeds for garnish
Small Ramekin
Saran Wrap
Directions:
Roughly chop your good catch tuna
Mix your soy sauce and ½ tbl of rice vinegar
Add in your tuna
Mix well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator
Remove from fridge
Squeeze out extra moisture
Mix together your Vegenaise and sriracha
Add half the sauce to your tuna and mix well, reserve the remaining sauce for plating
Add remaining rice vinegar to your cooked rice mix well and set aside
When ready to plate, line your ramekin with saran wrap
Place ½ your chopped avocado and cucumbers in first
Top with ½ your marinated tuna mix followed by your rice
Carefully press in firmly
Place upside down on your plate and carefully maneuver the stack out of the bowl using the saran wrap to guide you
Repeat with second ramekin if making
Drizzle with remaining Vegenaise sauce
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve and enjoy!
