Everyone loves a good Cauliflower wing....but with the addition of rice paper. It brings these wings to a whole new level!
Feel free to use other sauces than terriyaki!
Ingredients:
I head of cauliflower, cut into florets
Rice paper
½ -1 cup Chicken-less broth
1 tbl of olive oil or sesame oil
Soyaki Terriyaki Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Place your florets onto a prepared baking sheet
Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes
Turning halfway
Remove and let cool
Carefully cut your rice paper into roughly 2 inch strops
Mix your chicken less broth with oil
Dip your 2 inch rice paper strips into liquid
Keep in liquid until softened
Carefully remove, and remove as much liquid as possible
Wrap one cauliflower floret tightly with srtips
Place into baking sheet
Repeat with remaining strips and cauliflower
Pour a generous amount of your teriyaki sauce on top of your wrapped florets
Place into oven for 10-15 minutes
Add more sauce and place under broiler for roughly 5 minutes
Remove and cool slightly Serve and enjoy!
