Taking two simple dishes, combining them to make one incredible, delicious, melt in your mouth, packed full of flavor kind of dish! Feel free to use with your favorite Mac and Cheese recipe, the MsVegan recipe below or even a quick boxed Mac N' Cheese would do the job.
Ingredients:
12oz of frozen spinach, thawed and moisture removed
8oz Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of Follow your heart vegenaise and sour cream
2 tbls of nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
1 cup of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella
Panko Bread Crumbs
2 tbl of melted Earth Balance Butter
MsVegan Mac and Cheese, recipe below
Follow Your Heart Parmesan
Directions:
Prepare your Mac and Cheese from below
In a medium mixing bowl add the first 6 ingredients
Mix well
Add spinach mix to your warm mac and cheese
Mix well
Place into a greased casserole dish
Top with panko bread crumbs
Drizzle with melted butter
Place under the broiler for 3 minutes, or until topping starts to toast
Remove, garnish with parmesan
Serve and enjoy!

Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients:
16oz of elbow noodles
1/3 cup of earth balance butter
1/3 cup flour
2-3 cups nondairy milk, start with add more later if needed
1 7.1 oz Daiya cheddar block, cut into tiny pieces
1 8 oz bag of Follow Your Heart Cheddar Shreds
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tbl of Dijon mustard
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package, drain
Melt your butter in large pot over medium-high
When melted whisk in your flour
Slowly whisk in 2 cups of milk
When fully mixed add in your cheeses
Stir to melt
Add in your nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and dijon mustard
Adding in more milk if too thick
Continue to stir until fully melted
Season with salt and pepper
Add your cooked noodles
Stir to evenly mix cheese with noodles
