This is such a light and delectable dish! Using Spaghetti Squash as the crust, this pizza is bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
1 Spaghetti Squash, cooked and cooled
1 rounded tbl of Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of Italian Seasoning
Roughly 1/3 cup of Follow Your Heart Parmesan
1/2 cup of Tomato or Marinara sauce
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
Handful of baby spinach leaves
Beyond Meat Italian Sausage
Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Using a fork shred the meat of your spaghetti squash to get our noodles
Place your noodles into a bowl lined with paper towels
Squeeze out all the moisture from the noodles
Remove and place into a large mixing bowl
Add in your prepared Vegan Egg, nutritional yeast, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and roughly 2 tbl of Parmesan
Mix well
Line a baking try with parchment paper
Spread out your dough to form a thin crust
Place into preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
Remove and carefully flip
Bake for another 10-15 minutes
Remove and add your toppings
Spread your tomato sauce, followed by your mozzarella
Top with your sausage chunks, bell pepper and spinach
Drizzle with a little olive oil
Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Remove and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Serve and enjoy!
