Sometimes you just need a big ol' juicy burger. That is exactly what we have here.
(Ingredients may vary depending on how big you build your burger)
Ingredients:
Beyond Meat Beyond Burgers
Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda
3-4 Sweet Onions, Sliced
Vegetable oil
Arugula
Buns
Directions:
In a large frying pan heat your oil over medium high heat
Add in your onions
Cook, turning often (add more oil if starting to stick)
Cook down until golden brown roughly 30 minutes
Remove from pan
In same pan, or any non stick pan heat to medium-high heat
Flatten down your patties to desired size
Cook on each side for roughly 2 minutes, until browned
Top with cheese before removing form pan, cover if needed to allow the cheese to melt slightly
Spread your buns with vegenaise
Add your cheese patty to bottom bun, top with grilled onions, followed by another cheesy patty and onions
You can do one patty or three like in the photo, up to you
Top with arugula and top bun
Serve and enjoy!
