Dynamite Dish


Just like the dynamite dish at your favorite sushi spot....but BETTER!

Ingredients:

1/2 sweet onion, sliced thin

2-3 king oysters, chopped roughly*

1 package of Maitake Mushrooms*

2-3 cloves of minced garlic

3 hearts of palm, cut into scallop sizes

2 avocados

Vegetable oil

Soy Sauce

Garlic Salt

Pepper

*Feel free to switch up your mushrooms. Just chop them in different sizes for a variety of textures and bites!

Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 heaping cup Follow Your Heart vegenaise

2 tablespoons garlic chili paste*

1 tbl of sugar

Dash of soy sauce

Squeeze/Drizzle of Sriracha*

*The sauce could be spicy for some, start off with 1 tablespoons and taste test. Sugar will help as well.

Directions:

Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside

In a medium-large pan add in a drizzle of oil

Sauté your onions for 5 minutes over medium-high heat

Add in your mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 minutes

Add in more oil if necessary

Add in a splash or two of soy sauce

After mushrooms and onions are cooked remove and set aside

Sauté hearts of palm in the same pan

Cook on each side for roughly 2-3 minutes

Carefully mix your hearts of palm into the mushroom mix

Add in your Avocado

Season with salt and pepper

Stir in your Dynamite Sauce

Place into small casserole dish and place under the broiler

Broil for 8-10 minutes, stirring half way through, until bubbly and browned
