What's better than pan fried bread with melted cheese in between?
Ingredients:
8 pieces of bread
Plant Alchemy Cheddar
Follow Your Heart Chipotle Vegenaise
8 Tofurky Peppered Turkey Slices
¼-1/2 rounded cup earth balance butter
Tomato Soup (optional)
Directions:
Roll out each slice of bread with a rolling pin to flatted
(if you want remove crust)
Spread a generous amount of plant alchemy cheddar
Top with chipotle vegenaise following by a slice of turkey
Tightly roll up, pinch edge to seal
Repeat with remaining bread
Heat butter in a frying pan (start with ½ cup)
When hot add in rolls, seam side down
Fry on all sides until golden
Remove and repeat adding in more butter when needed
Serve and enjoy.
(If using tomato soup, heat a little bowl to dip the bread in)
