We're stepping outside the box and instead of serving the delicious plant based carne asada on-top of tortillas, we're placing them on some crispy garlic fries. Grab a fork and dig in!
Ingredients:
1 pound of Cena Vegan Carne Asada
1 bag of frozen Garlic Fries ( or you can make your own)
1 cup of vegan re-fried beans, or mashed pinto beans
½-3/4 cup of Notcho Nocheez Tangy Mild Cheese
1-2 cups of Guacamole
1-2 cups of MsVegan Pico De Gallo
½ cup of Follow Your Heart Sr Cream
1 tbl of Ninja Squirrel Sriracha
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Prepare Fries according to directions
Mix your sour cream with sriracha
Set aside
In a medium sauce pan heat a little oil over medium-high heat
Add in your carne asada
Cook for roughly 10 minutes
Set aside
Heat up your refried beans and natcho cheese
When fries are done remove from oven
Place half the fries on a large plate
Top with half your beans, half your cheese, and half your carne asada
Add the rest of your fries
Followed by the beans, cheese and carne asada
Top with guacamole
Drizzle with spicy sour cream
Top with Pico De Gallo
