Trust me when I say this sandwich will make your taste buds feel like they're on a whole new level!
This makes roughly 4 grilled cheese sandwiches.
Ingredients:
Roughly 10 slices of Herbivorous Butcher Hickory Smoked Bacon
8 Bread slices of choice
Softened Butter
Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
Follow Your Heart Sour Cream
Green Onions, chopped
6-8 small potatoes, sliced thin
Olive oil/Vegetable Oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Toss your sliced potatoes with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Place onto baking sheet and bake for roughly 15-18 minutes
Remove and let cool slightly
Cook your bacon in a little oil until desired crispiness
Prepare your sandwich
Spread each outer slice of bread with a little butter
On the inside spread with vegenaise, top with cheese, followed by a few potatoes
Spread the top of potatoes with some Sour Cream
Add your green onions, sand season with salt and pepper
Top with a few pieces of cooked bacon, and another slice of cheese followed by bread
Carefully place into greased heated pan
Cook on each side for roughly 2 minutes until golden and cheese has melted
(The last 30 seconds feel free to cover to help with the cheese)
Repeat with remaining ingredients
