Keep it fresh, keep it simple, keep it flavorful!
Ingredients:
4 Gardein Crispy Chicken Patties
2 cauli flowers, cut into florets
1/3 cup FYH sour cream
3 tbl nutritional yeast
3/4 cup butter
2 tbl crushed garlic
1 bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
1 tbl chicken-less flavor
1/3 cup water
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Heat patties according to directions
Boil your cauli florets until soft, roughly 15 minutes
Drain and mash well
Stir in sour cream, 1/3 cup butter, 2 tbl nutrtional yeast salt and pepper
set aside
In a medium frying pan add your olive oil and garlic
Saute over medium high heat for roughly 2 minutes
stir in your reamining butter
Once melted add in 1/2 parsley, chicken less flavor and water
cook for roughly 5 minutes
turn down heat and add in your nutrtional yeast and remaining parlsey
Plate:
Add a large spoonful of you mash
Top with chicken patty
pour a generous amount of sauce on top
Serve and enjoy
