Loaded Tater Balls


These "Beyond Loaded Tater Balls" will blow your tots off! (See the "How to..." video below)

Ingredients:

2 packages of Beyond Meat Burgers

1 package of frozen tater tots, thawed to room temperature

Ms Vegan Rice Paper Bacon, slightly under cooked, recipe here

2 Follow Your Heart Eggs

1/4 block of Daiya cheddar

Oil for frying

Directions:

Mash your thawed tots with your prepared whisked FYH eggs

Chop your cheese block into ½ inch cubes

Take one piece of cheese cube

Grab a little beyond burger and wrap around the cheese tightly

Then wrap a piece of rice paper bacon around

Take a handful of tater to mix and tightly wrap it around

(Make sure the tots fully cover the ball)

Your should have a large ball now. press it tightly

Repeat with remaining ingredients

Place prepared balls into freezer for at least 1 hour

( You can save some for later use, just wrap in saran wrap followed by foil )

Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat

Remove balls from freezer and place into hot oil

Fry on each side for 3-5 minutes

Make sure all sides are brown and crispy

Remove from hot oil and repeat

Serve and enjoy
