Ingredients:
1 bag Frozen Cauli flower
1 package of Quorn vegan burgers
16oz of mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
Olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 beefless cube
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup Earth Balance butter, halved
1 tbl flour
1/2-1 tbl of soy sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Garlic salt
Pepper
Parsely
Directions:
In a medium/large pot boil water
Add frozen cauliflower and cook until soft, roughly 10-15 minutes
Drain and mash
Add in 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 nutritional yeast, salt and pepper
Set aside
Mix you beefless cube with 1/3 cup water
In a medium-large frying pan add a little oil Add in your onion
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add in your mushrooms and remaining garlic
Cook for an additional 5 minutes
Add in your butter
Once melted whisk in your flour
Stir in beefless water mix and soy sauce
Cook for 3-5 minutes
If too thick add in more eater
Season with salt and pepper
Turn off heat and set aside
Prepare Quorn burgers according to directions
Plate your food:
Mashed Cauliflower, cooked Quorn Burger, Topped with mushroom sauce and parsley
