Everyone should make this and understand the greatness it brings to flavor town!
Ingredients:
1 cup of thawed spinach, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 ounces of Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese
¼ cup of Tofutti Sour Cream
¼ cup of Vegenaise
1-2 cups of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds
1/3 cup of Ms Vegan parmesan or Follow Your Heart parmesan
½ teaspoon of garlic salt (or more)
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a medium bowl combine all your ingredients
Add your red pepper flakes if using
(This is where I taste it to see if more spices are needed)
Gently add in your spinach and artichoke hearts, mix well
Transfer to a greased baking dish
Bake in preheated oven for 50-70 minutes until all cheese is melted and piping hot!
Move around 2-3 times during cooking with a large spoon
Serve warm with your chip, bread, veggie, or cracker of choice
Ms Vegan Parmesan
In a food processor blend together:
1 cup of cashews
1/3-1/4 cup of nutrional yeast
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
