No explanation needed..... A VEGAN BIG MAC!
(Recipe makes 1 Big Mac)
Ingredients:
2 Gardein beefless burger patties
2 Sesame Seed Buns
Roughly ½ cup of Lettuce, chopped
1 Tablespoon of Finely chopped Onion
2 tablespoons of Big Mac Sauce, recipe below
3 sandwich sliced dill pickles
1 slice of Daiya Cheddar Style (cut into square) or FYH American Slices
Directions:
Cook beefless patties according to directions
Place 1 bottom half bun down onto plate
Followed by (in this order):
Half of lettuce
1 tablespoon of big mac sauce
1 Cheddar Slice
1 Beefless Patty
½ diced onion
Bottom half of 2nd bud*
1 tablespoon of big mac sauce
½ of lettuce
2nd Beefless Patty
½ diced onion
3 pickle slices
Top half of bun
*If middle bun is too thick you can slice a little off the top/bottom
Big Mac Sauce
½ rounded cup of Vegenaise
1 tablespoon of Sweet relish
2-3 tablespoons of French dressing
1 tablespoon of minced white onion
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of sugar
Salt to taste
Big Mac Sauce Directions:
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
