Buffalo 'Chicken' Potato Casserole


Back at it again with the Buffalo Sauce!!!

Ingredients:

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tbl Dill

1/2 tsp Salt

Dash of Pepper

1/2 tsp Thyme

1-1 1/2 cups of Buffalo wing sauce

1 tbl olive oil

8-10 small red potatoes, chopped

1/2 block Daiya Cheddar ,shredded

1/3 cup bacon bits

Follow Your Heart Ranch

Green onions chopped

1 package of Beyond meat chicken grillers

1 tbl chicken flavor

1/3 cup water

Directions:

Chop your grillers into bite size pieces

Combine your chicken, chicken flavor and water into small sauce pan

Heat over medium high for 5-6 minute

Turn off heat and let sit for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 450

Combine the first 6 ingredients, mix well

Top with chopped potatoes

Stir in olive oil and 1 cup of buffalo wing sauce

Mix well

Using a slotted spoon remove from sauce and place into casserole dish

Reserve sauce

Bake for 30-40 minutes

Stir halfway

Add chicken to reserved sauce mix, add remaining wing sauce

Toss well

Remove potatoes from oven and add chicken, bacon, and cheese

Mix well

Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted

Remove and top with ranch and green onions!
