Everybody loves a good tater tot! Now imagine that infused with your favorite Bacon Cheeseburger and you have these amazing Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tots!
Ingredients:
2-3 Russet potatoes, peeled and cooked (boiled)
1 rounded cup of Cooked Vegan Ground Beef crumbles
1 1/2 cups of Follow Your Heart Cheddar Shreds
2-3 tablespoons of Vegan Bacon Bits
½ cup of flour
1/4 cup of Vegan Egg
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Directions:
Shred and drain your potatoes (press with towel to remove most moisture)
Add vegan ground beef, cheese, bacon bits, flour, vegan egg, and salt and pepper to potato shreds
Mix well
Form into tater tot shapes
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat (entire pan should be covered in oil)
When oil is hot add in your tots, 6-8 at a time
Fry on all sides until gold brown
(Air fry at 350 for roughly 25 minutes until golden and crispy)
Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel
Serve with ketchup, ranch and pickles!
