Asian 'Chicken' Burger


Ingredients:

1 package of Beyond Meat Grillers

1 tbl Chicken-less flavor

1/3 cup water

1 orange bell pepper, chopped

1-2 cups chopped green onion, chopped

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1 tsp of red miso

1 sheet of nori finely chopped

1/2 can Aquafaba (chickpea jucie)

1/3 cup terriyaki sauce

1/4 cup flour

Salt

Extra flour to dip

Butter lettuce

1/2 cup FYH Veganaise

2 tbl Sriracha

Buns

Oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

In a medium sauce pan add your grillers, chicken-less flavor and water

Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes

Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes

Place into a blender/food processor

Blend until mashed well

Remove and place into medium size mixing bowl

Add your Aquafaba, red miso, teriyaki sauce, bell pepper, red and green onion, and nori

Mix well

Slowly mix in your 1/4 cup flour

Add more if too wet (shouldn't stick too much on your hands)

Heat a little vegetable oil in large frying pan over medium high heat

Using hand form chicken mix into patties

Dip into flour to coat each side

Place into hot oil and fry on each side until golden

Repeat with remaining patties

Place cooked patty onto cookie sheet

Place into hot oven for 10 minutes

While in oven prepare your sauce

Mix your vegenaise and sriracha

Remove patties from oven and prepare burgers

Spread each side of bun with vegenaise mix

Place your patty on bottom bun

Tope with lettuce and your top bun

Serve immediately!
