Imagine, your favorite Chinese dishes combined into the perfect bite!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup veg stock
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Chili Garlic Sauce
1 rounded teaspoon of cornstarch
2 packages of Gardein Beefless Tips
1 head of Broccoli, florets chopped
Vegetable Oil
Eggless Egg roll wrappers
Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients together in a bowl
Whisk well and set aside
In a large frying pan add in your beefless tips and a little oil
Heat over medium-high heat
Pan fry and start chopping into small pieces as they soften
After 5-7 minutes add in your broccoli
Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often
Add in your bowl of sauce
Bring to a boil then turn to low
Cook on low for 2-3 minutes
Turn off heat and allow to cool
Heat your frying oil in pan
Add roughly 2 tablespoons of mixture into egg roll
Roll into egg roll shape
Fry in hot oil on each side until golden and crispy
Remove and drain on towel
Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce
