A delightful, sweet and zesty dessert!
Ingredients:
1 package of phyllos dough, thawed
16 oz of FYH Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup of earth balance butter or more
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350
In a small bowl mix your cream cheese, sugar and lemon
Mix until blended
In a greased 9x13 baking pan place down 2 sheets of phyllo
Brush generously with butter
Place another 2 sheets down and brush with butter
Repeat
Evenly spread your cream cheese mix onto phyllo sheets
Top with two sheets and butter
Repeat 2 times
Place into oven for roughly 40 minutes
Phyllo should be golden and crispy
Remove from oven and cool
Serve and Enjoy
