Taco Bells new sinfully delicious menu item....A sriracha flavored quesadilla wrapped into a burrito!
Ingredients:
Large Burrito Flour Tortillas
1 package of Beyond Meat Beefless Crumbles
Taco seasoning
2 cups of brown or white rice
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 package of Daiya cheddar shreds
Sriracha Sauce
Follow Your Heart Sour Cream
Oil for pan frying
Sriracha Sauce Ingredients:
Mix together the following
¼ cup of FYH Vegenaise
2 teaspoons of sriracha
Dash of cumin, garlic powder, salt and paprika
Directions:
Heat your oil and beyond meat beef over medium high heat
Cook until warm, stir in taco seasonings
In a small bowl mix together your rice and cilantro
Take one tortilla and place onto large greased pan or griddle
Sprinkle with a generous amount of cheese and drizzle with sriracha
Top with another tortilla
Press down, after 1 minute carefully flip and cook for an additional minute
Remove from pan
(You can also melt the cheese onto tortillas in the microwave if needed)
Place roughly 1/3 cup of rice in the center of quesadilla
Top with beefless crumbles, Sriracha Sauce and FYH Sour Cream
